u-blox modules to fuel connected consumer device and Machine to Machine growth
HOD HASHARON, Israel, May 21, 2013 — Altair Semiconductor, the world’s leading developer of high-performance, single-mode LTE chipsets, today announced that its FourGee-3100/6202 chipset has been selected by u-blox to power its single mode 4G (LTE) wireless modules, the TOBY-L100 series.
Increasing numbers of consumers and businesses are relying on LTE technology to implement the “Internet of Everything” which requires high-performance and cost-efficient LTE modules such as those being developed by u-blox and Altair.

u-blox modules based on Altair technology are expected to release commercially before the end of 2013.
