EDGE COMPUTER VISION PRODUCT MANAGER 

As an Edge Computer Vision Manager, you will be responsible for influencing the roadmap of our Computer Vision solutions. You will help our developers understand the needs of our customers who are implementing cutting Edge solutions with Edge AI devices. 

You will be required to evaluate proposed solutions, implement POCs when needed, and communicate with the users of our products. 

You will be expected to keep up with the latest developments in machine learning, edge computing, and specifically, edge computer vision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with various groups on recurring items
  • Write requirements, specs, and user storiesfor edge computer vision systems
  • Design and perform validation tests
  • Investigate customer issues, gather information, and reply or pass to R&D as required
  • Follow up on all customer issues
  • Follow execution of plan with R&D
  • Evaluate solutions
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis


Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experiencein software development, of them at least 3 years as a product manager of edge computer visionor equivalent 
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in implementing CV related machine learning models on edge devices
  • Be able to adapt and deploy a CV DNN model on an edge device, and run tests such as accuracy and performance on that model
  • Coding experiencewith computer vision tools such as OpenVino, OpenCV
